Position: Accountant/Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable & Receivable/Payroll

St. Jude Parish is seeking a skilled full-time bookkeeper (or two part-time job-share positions). This/these position(s) will be responsible for all aspects of accounting for both the church and school. These duties will include managing Accounts Payable/Receivable, processing payroll and all electronic donations, balancing bank statements, preparing monthly financial statements, annual budgets, and diocesan annual reports.
